Meet Sandi Roberts

The clients I serve want to expand their capacity through self-awareness and taking action. They are leaders at all stages in their careers who have a desire for growth – a gut feel that things could be different – but don’t see the path to make that happen. I also work with partnerships, teams, and organizations to not just improve results but also create the workplaces where people want to be.

Investing in my learning is important to me so I can continue to bring my best to my clients. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Certified Team Performance Coach, and Organizational Relationships Systems Coach. I am also certified with assessment tools including the Leadership Circle Profile, Collective Leadership Assessment and Team Diagnostic. I spent over a decade working in the field of Change Management - first with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and followed by a certification with Prosci. All of which factors into what I access for my clients.

Bringing over 30 years professional experience to my role at Fire Inside, I have worked with diverse clients in both the public and private sectors. Starting my career in the managemen  consulting world, I understand what it means to work with a variety of professionals in a wide range of industries. My corporate role in the ICT industry brought with it the opportunity to play a key role in complex strategic planning and change initiatives including over 20 acquisitions / mergers / divestitures. This exposure, coupled with experience in communications, human resources, and leadership development, provides powerful insight and perspectives for clients creating strategies to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

Everyone has dreams and goals. As a coach, I am committed to help you clarify your dreams, set your goals, identify the steps to accomplish those goals, and work through the places where you get stuck. My passion is partnering with my clients in the thought-provoking and creative process of coaching to inspire and maximize their personal and professional potential. In our everyday lives, we rarely have a champion - someone to talk to confidentially and without judgment. I consider the opportunity to play that role with my clients a privilege.
