Meet Kelly Amirault

I provide operational and financial management services to small consulting businesses; so they can focus on doing more of what they love, working with their clients. As an analytical thinker and problem solver, I specialize in the creation of efficient, simple, cost-effective solutions to meet the needs of my clients.  I love being in service and am happiest when we get to work together long term so I can support their ongoing operational and financial needs.

I hold a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science degree along with credentials related to various professional development programs.  This background provides me with a unique perspective to see all the details while also being able to lift up and look at the more strategic and advisory needs of my clients.  I can be a “jack of all trades” on the operational side of the business - providing support across multiple areas - and at the same time share my expertise in budgeting and financial management.

For more than 25 years, I have supported growth and transformation in businesses through process and system work, business analysis, project management, and operational/financial management. I've served as a leader in various youth sport activities, and Hosteling International – Nova Scotia. I'm passionate about helping others and building relationships.
