Sheppard Diversity and Fire Inside Leadership share common values. That is what attracted me to enter into this partnership. I believe that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. As a Canadian military veteran turned coach, I bring grounded presence, discipline, and deep empathy to every conversation. My lived experience—combined with years of training—has shaped a coaching practice rooted in trust, integrity, and transformation. I help clients tap into their inner wisdom and uncover the answers that already live within them.
I spent nearly 20 years as a leadership and DEI consultant who has worked with thousands across sectors—healthcare, government, policing, trades, and more—I meet every client where they are. Whether you’re navigating change, exploring identity, or stepping into a bigger role, I create space for real dialogue, deep reflection, and bold action.
I hold a Masters, Education in Lifelong Learning with a focus in Africentric Leadership from Mount Saint Vincent University. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cape Breton University and acquired certificates in public administration, civil military cooperation, adult education, and dispute resolution. I’m completing my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification through the Co-Active Training Institute.
