Meet Eileen Reardon

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), facilitator, and developer of leaders and teams. I support my clients to create clarity of purpose and alignment of action and I believe passionately in the effectiveness of teams at solving problems and achieving superior results.

My leadership development practice is grounded in 20 years’ business experience in national and regional corporations as well as non-profit organizations, where my primary focus was transformational change. Before co-founding Fire Inside, I served in leadership roles in the disciplines of public affairs, marketing, business development and government relations, where I experienced both the empowering and sometimes disabling impact of leadership and group dynamics. This in large part inspired my shift into development work. Before leaving the corporate world, I led through intentional culture change, organizational crises, numerous large scale re branding initiatives and an equal number of organizational mergers and/or acquisitions.

I am certified to administer the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360 assessment and Leadership Culture Survey™, MBTI Type I and II and I’m an Authorized Facilitator of Team Coaching International’s Team Diagnostic Assessment™. I support my clients to deepen their awareness and clarify their intended impact through these tools and draw insight from my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in supporting leaders to be more present and attentive to their teams and results.

I believe our best work is done and our greatest learning happens in environments that are both challenging and safe and that it’s possible to co-create this in our organizations. I strive to model how in my coaching and offer an invitation for leaders to slow down, become conscious and intentional about the way forward, clarify and move closer to their goals. With attention, intention, and practice, you will navigate the complex issues successfully, create the impact you want and more will be possible for you and the various organization and relationship systems you serve.
